MetStrong aims to reset your metabolism and balance hormones by addressing some key stressors in your life. You may not even be going through the menopause but once you hit the 35 mark its harder to lose the weight.
Over this 6 weeks training course you get;
- Weekly training sessions. You can choose 2-5 40 minute training sessions a week. Training sessions are specifically programmed for the needs of women over 35 who are looking to burn fat, build muscle and strengthen bones. We always end each session with a chat about the topic and goals of that week.
- We will address 6 topics over the 6 weeks to include Hormones, Hormone replacement, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress and Sleep and Life Laundry.
- Video home workouts to do on the days you are not training with us.
- Food diary and nutrition advice. If you require more one on one attention we work with specialist nutritionists who can help.
- Phone and email support.
