We want to get the whole family on a journey to better health. We understand just how difficult it is finding time and having ‘parent guilt’ for leaving your child for that hour of YOU time.
Also trying to juggle time on the weekend where one parent has to miss out so the other can exercise.
We want families not to have to compromise with their family time and exercise time. Time is precious.

We all know just how important exercise is for your physical and mental wellbeing. Get children in to exercise and health from a young age and it becomes a habit that they can carry with them into adulthood.
We offer classes for children throughout the week and classes where the whole family can join in and have some fun together at the weekend.
