A total body burn class using the rig and the many variations of exercises. Class incorporates weights, kettlebell, K08, suspension trainer and blazepod. This is a hard hitting class to make you sweat, burn calories and get fit fast. Not only will you be physically challenged, you will also be mentally pushed to the limits. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. An all round, full body weight HIIT class that will get you fitter, faster. 


Class to get you sweaty and make you feel the burn. High intensity cardio with weight training making this class the perfect combo.

Indoor cycling

We offer a range of indoor cycling combined with core and strength. 

Dance & Tone

Zumba inspired dance class to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.  

Barre Strength

Get lean and defined with Barre. This class offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high- intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. This is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. 

Body Blitz

A conditioning class which combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.

Power & Strength

Resistance workout to music using dumbbells working to Low reps, high weights. 


Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. 

Core Booty

Strengthen and tone those abs and butt muscles to some awesome beats.  

Motherhood classes

Mummy rehab foundation

This class is for any postnatal mummy whether you are 6 weeks postnatal or 4 years. This class focuses on re alignment, breathing, pelvic floor, resetting the core and building strength from foundations up. Babies of course are welcome. Unfortunately we are only allowing non crawlers or babies in buggies for now due to the Convoid restrictions.   

Classes where babies are allowed

We are trying to ensure new mums are able to exercise. We know how hard it is to do whether it is lack of energy or time. We know exercise is great not only physically but also mentally. Our classes which allow babies are perfect as you do not have to worry about childcare. Everyone is in the same boat and understands. Don’t worry if your baby is crying or you need to feed. We are happy you are able just to make it to class and if you can do 20 minutes of the class, GREAT. We want you to be able to attend a number of different classes not just the typical postnatal classes. With the right support and guidance you can do this safely. Unfortunately we are only allowing non crawlers or babies in buggies for now due to the Convoid restrictions.
