This workshop is designed to help busy perimenopausal/menopausal women to sort out their weight and hormones with Nutrition.
Angelika is a fully qualified nutritionist and mindset coach and she specialises in the BIG M.
What the 2 hours will consist of:
– What food to eat and avoid + how much to eat (portions size) for your season of life
– Breakfast – is it important and why?
– Sleep- why it’s so important in weight loss and how to get a good night sleep
– Stress, weight & hormones
– Cravings and emotional eating what you can do about it
– Gut health (digestion, detox) and weight
– Intermittent Fasting is it good or bad – and who should do it?
– Basic Supplements every woman should use after 30
– HRT – yes or no?
